Method
Make the cold foam
- Combine the heavy cream, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, apple pie spice, and milk in a jar or frother cup.
- Froth using a milk frother or shake vigorously in a sealed jar for 30–45 seconds, until light and foamy.
Assemble the drink
- Fill a glass with ice and pour in your favorite iced coffee or cold brew.
- Spoon the cold foam over the top, letting it float on the surface.
- Dust with an extra pinch of ground cinnamon, if desired.
- Stir gently before sipping to combine, or enjoy the foam layered on top.
Notes
For the fluffiest foam, keep the cream cold and froth/shake right before serving so it stays buoyant on the iced coffee. Store any leftover foam in the fridge up to 1 day; re-froth briefly with a frother for best texture. Freezing isn’t recommended because dairy foam can separate. For a lighter option, use half-and-half or a barista-style non-dairy cream substitute (choose one that whips well).
